I’m Jacqueline Gragg, known to many as Jay or JG, a certified EDPNA, a former Social Security Claims Specialist, DDS Adjudicator, Hearing Representative, and founder of JG Disability Services. With over 18 years of experience in disability determination and representation, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of claimants across the nation through the Social Security Disability process.
This work is personal to me. I know what it feels like to be unheard, denied, and overwhelmed. That’s why JG Disability Services was created—to offer powerful advocacy, expert guidance, and real results for those who need it most.
